Rebecca Setlow is an experienced and successful business attorney, having spent over twenty-five years representing well-known local and national clients in high-stakes litigation.  After graduating first in her law class, Rebecca clerked for the Honorable Frederick J. Martone at the Arizona Supreme Court, after which she  joined the prestigious law firm of Brown & Bain where she worked on complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes, internal investigations, accountant liability, legal malpractice, shareholder disputes, officer and director liability, fraud, trade secrets, securities litigation, and privacy.  In 2004, she became an equity partner at the international law firm of Perkins Coie LLP when it merged with Brown & Bain. There, she continued to work with high-profile clients on multi-million dollar litigation.  Rebecca has been recognized by her peers in Best Lawyers in America, and she has served as lead counsel in state and federal courts in numerous jurisdictions around the country, including jury and non-jury trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations.  She also has advised clients on how to identify and mitigate risk, protect business interests and relationships, and has developed a special expertise in selecting and working with expert witnesses in a variety of fields.  In addition, Rebecca has devoted a significant amount of time to pro bono cases for indigent clients and in matters of public policy.  In 2021, Rebecca founded Setlow Law where she continues to provide the same strategic, aggressive and focused legal representation to her clients and provide co-counsel services to law firms around the country.
